Would Hacking with Human Interface Devices be of any interest? I have worked and presented a bit on using Human Interface Devices (Teensy, Arduino boards and others) for security testing. I maintain a toolkit (https://github.com/samratashok/Kautilya/) for this purpose and presented at BHEU, EuSecWest, Hackfest etc. on this topic.

I can do a demo/workshop on using such devices against Windows and Linux desktops.
