Info about T.D. Francis X-Hour Film Contest and Festival

Best guess? If like last year, a topic is provided to film making teams to produce a film/short and submit for judging in a contest. Winners may or may not end up being shown in the closing ceremonies, or in a loop while people are trying to get seats. This is only a guess. I am not part of this.
