Though there is no guarantee, check with http://defconnetworking.org/ for links and details for DEF CON-related networking like this, including links. Some links may only work while you are at DEF CON, and some may only work from the DEF CON network at DEF CON.

I am not one of the DEF CON goons in charge of NOC. Nothing I posted here is authoritative for NOC.
