Registration date changed?

The D25 website states that registration for workshops opens July 1st, but when viewing the workshops they now say "Registration: July 5". They said July 1 when I last checked. I'm assuming that registration will not be opening tomorrow then?

Summary: Nikita posts a notice that an open on July 1 would be mid- 4th-of July weekend (for non-yanks, that is a holiday in the USA when USA declared independence from England.)
