I'm going to bounce services for forums in 2 minutes. (9:15pm Pacifc time) Down-time expected to be less than 10 seconds. I am working to diagnose a DB speed/responsiveness issue.

Upgraded forum software which killed php service.

Access is restored; the forums are back up.
