OpenStreetMap MapAThon + Question about chill room hours

I was looking to throw together an OSM mapathon at DC27. I've mapped in iD and in JOSM and can mentor/teach those not familiar. In line with the one scheduled in Washington, figured I'd do it on the 9th, preferably in the evening in the chill room after villages are closed. However, I'm not sure what hours the room is open... anyone know?

Chill out in Planet Hollywood closes late, like 2am or so.
