Main location of Defcon 28?

Usually I carry lots of equipment with me to Defcon. When I now trying to figure out where the main activities will be it's hard to understand which hotel I should choose. Is it Linq so I can access Caesar Forum easily or will it be at Caesar's conference center? I hope Defcon 28 not will be at the Bally's, Paris Paris, Planet Hollywood so you have to walk with the equipment through the shops back and forth. Worst arrangement ever (queuing in the sun at Alexis Park was better).
Is there any plan right now?

You guess correctly. the big stuff will be at Caesars Forums, but we will have things happening at the three hotels connected by the skybridge. We ARE NOT in Paris or Ballys.
