Though it is possible for channels to become available to Human/HumanPlus before the stated time, you should not expected it to be open and available before then.

Once Villages are opened to Human/HumanPlus, then Human and HumanPlus should be able to visit them.

Organizers are still organizing and learning how to use the village spaces where they are contributing.
