Been picking away at "tlstFCOnRFoofFioumYrgureoohrDOuntlon". I figure it's a transposition cipher so I'm trying to brute-force it without the key.

So I figure there's a rotational cipher to be found around here. Anybody seen one? What might the "Forlorn Flight" be?

maybe 4x4?....needed a three letter word to make the character count to 36

In my decoded form, the text is actually "....four dot four...." spelled out (don't want to say too much about the rest of the mesage and spoil the fun for others).
