I don't get to choose which parties, contests, events, villages, etc. have whatever official standing is required to get such placement.
The usual path for this is that if people are running a contest, event, party, village, etc. they route their thing through the department that deals with approvals for that kind of thing and provides them with requirements for inclusion. I could imagine several requirements for parties like maybe require CoC compliance, then there are probably several requirements we inherit from the Hotel/Casino by contract: maybe no naked people or maybe no naked people unless everyone is over $AGE, maybe something about if booze is present, none to people under 21 years of age, or maybe only people 21 years of age and older are allowed in, maybe if on hotel/casino property, you can't bring in your own booze, but have to pay the hotel/casino for booze and service, and maybe a requirement for insurance or security guards or .... ? or something else. Maybe some of these? Maybe something else? The point is, I don't know what all of the requirements are (if any) for Parties, and even if I did, they could have easily changed since I learned about them. The details for each departments process are specialized for each department. "We" on forums just get told what the final decision was on what has been approved.

The only other route is if DT decides it should be given a forum space. If he says a forum should be made, I can do that. He is the boss.

(For understanding, some terms: Forums contain threads, threads contain posts, posts can contain comment but are not required to. A new thread can be posted to a forum. Posts are replies in a thread. Comments are replies to a specific post, sort of embedded in a single post. My Content here is a post. Your content above this is a post. Both posts are part of a thread that DT started, and this thread is located in a forum called " DC29: Parties & Gatherings & Events")
