DEFCON videos not downloadable

Hi,

I tried to download some DEFCON videos such as https://media.defcon.org/DEF%20CON%2...d%20Slides.mp4 but it seems not to be downloadable. Maybe the connection is too weak. Are there other possibilities for downloading?

I just tapped the link, and my web browser started downloading and trying to play the media file.
On Desktop, if I "right click" I can choose save-as, to save it.
On Android, if I long-tap, I can download the content.
What do you see when you try to download?
