I've read it, and I do not speak for DEF CON when I reply with:
I (and others) actively search for comments about DEF CON each year, so we can find what worked well, and what needs work. I value criticism, but enjoy and value constructive criticism far more.
Community discussions perceived problems help us to find solutions. It is by working together that we can make DEF CON as enjoyable for others as we remember it being for ourselves.
