If someone knew how to exploit access or features on instagram, facebook, youtube, etc. they would probably choose to cash-in with a bug bounty or sale of the exploit through an exchange instead of giving it away for free. The "old days" with exploits being given away has mostly disappeared since exploits have been commodized and people can earn money selling them.
