    2022 BadgeLife List has Started!!

I have started formulating a list of badges for this year. I am using last year's list as a sort of template and have left the makers on the there. As soon as I figure out how to share it on GoogleDocs, it will be on the street. If your name is on there and you do not have one this year, please shoot me a message and I will update it. If you name is not on there and you are making one, please send me the information and I will add it.

    #BadgeLife!!!

Since last year the photo storage capabilities here have improved. Please try and post pictures or create an album so we can learn how to improve the experience.

Is this the right/best place to post pics/links to indie badges for DC30?

The best place is to send me a DM here or on Twitter with the information you would like released.

I will be bringing these back this year: https://github.com/seeigecannon/DC404TrainingBadge
These badges have nearly 100 components. Selling for $25/ea. I will mostly be in the HHV helping out, but I will also occasionally tweet my location. I can be found on Twitter @EnterpriseBadge.

Actually, I did that one too. :) The soldering of the display was a REAL challenge. I'm working on adding one of my own modes.

Cool! And yeah, this was a challenging project. But I love the way it turned out.

Maybe I'll see you at DC30! I'm going to try to post an update to the code before the con with some new modes, but I haven't had time yet.

The Tor Proejct will have a booth in the vendor area, and be offering these SAO/badges for a donation of $40 or more. They support two mini-games (with unlocks) and different blinking modes.
These badges can be self-powered from the included batteries/battery-holder and worn with the included lanyard, or they can be connected to a "main" badge using the SAO header. It also includes the female-side SAO header if you want to solder it on your official defcon badge (since the official badge will have the SAO pinout, but it won't be populated).

It also includes a few extras like stickers, a handcuff key (with security biting), and a few googly eyes.
All profits from this badge (and previous Tor badges) go to the Tor project.
Code and manual, with a video overview is here: https://github.com/seeess/Defcon-Tor-30/

Say? I was reading that there was an Amulet Of Entropy fix, which sounded like a fix for when it would wig out when in the auto mode, but when I go to the cited page for the fix, it isn't there, or at least it's not obvious.

Is anyone aware of what I'm talking about? Does anyone have any reference to the fix?

                          TIA! :)
