There are a ton of resources out there. I am assuming you're not actually looking for a cert (that's a whole different question), but some of the links provided will enable you to get one, with minimal effort.
First off https://www.coursera.org/ is great, they have courses by IBM, Google, and a bunch of other big names. If your low on funds you can take the course but not get the certificate, if you want the certificate fill out the "financial aid form" they have (there is not much to it) and explain that you're taking the course to get a better job. I did this and they paid for the entire course and certificate for me.
If your looking to learn how to code visit: https://www.codecademy.com/ most of their courses are free. Take them, then pay them 20 bucks and come back and do the final exam for all of them, to get a ton of certifications quickly, and for the lowest overhead.
https://www.khanacademy.org/ is also an obvious choice, they have a ton of great courses centered on a variety of topics.

One thing I was impressed with, and actually learned a lot from, some of you may laugh at, but I found it interesting and to the point.

That is the W3 Schools Python Tutorial.

W3 Schools is best known for their web design courses, such as basic HTML, CSS, Javascript, PHP and the like.

When I was climbing the learning curve of Python, and stumbling a few times while climbing, I did a web search for Python tutorials and was happy to find that W3 had one. It's on line here:

      https://www.w3schools.com/python/default.asp

There's no certificate, but you will learn! Each section has clear examples and most of them have a "try it yourself" exercise.
