Here are specific ways you can help Toxic BBQ happen:
- Supply Run: leaves at 1PM from Info Booth nearest Reg. Caravan and split a shopping list at Costco, and help us stock the cookout right from the start.
- Setup: also leaves at 1PM from Info Booth nearest Reg. Come help us clean tables, light fires, and hang the misters.
- BBQ Crew: staff the grill with 3-4 of your most heat tolerant friends and be lavished with the praise of hackers the world over. We rotate through several crews so don’t worry if you miss out lighting the fires.
- Supplemental Food and Drink: we supply burgers and dogs, but attendees fill in the corners with drinks, chips, and other BBQ necessities. Bring what you’d want. Albertsons and other grocers are available on the way to the park. And we can help organize Supply Run rides for those that are willing but car-less.
- Clean Up: when the time comes to douse the fires, help us get out of the park before the cops make us. Help us leave no trace.
