Will there be sockets during workshops so we could charge our laptops? (I'm just worried about my shitty laptop battery and I don't want to buy a new one :( )

For DEF CON 29, there was mention of power strips in the summary:

I do not run workshops, villages, contests, events, parties, training, etc. The information I provide is given to me by people that run each of these departments.
For an answer on DC30 Workshops, you will have to wait for an organizer to reply.
