    Hello,
This's great to see the layout, and as a person who wants to attend defcon, but is concerned about accessibility of attending, seeing a map like this is useful.

I also have a condition that's considered a disability, something I really look for on maps like this are:

"where are the toilets? are they accessible? do I need to pay to access them? do I need a key to access them?" and I couldn't immediately find that answer on any of the maps I've found so far.

In the UK there are even toilets that can be dedicated to those with disabilities by using a special key, but I realise I generally don't know what's publicly accessible in the area for defcon either.

I suspect this information would be valuable to any attendees really, could this information be considered for an addition to the maps?

I personally have concerns over dietary requirements but the onus on that I would consider more on me than to be provided for, as that may be a more individual basis kind of deal.

    Thanks.

In Las Vegas, public restrooms, with rare exception, are always unlocked and available to anyone in the area. I have never seen a pay toilet in Las Vegas. Most are chair accessible.

Oh, one other note, and at Defcon it's exactly opposite of what you typically find at most large events.

When a large main track talk lets out, there is often times a horrendous line (queue) for the nearest mens room. In the LGR, however, it's usually walk right in, sit right down.

I don't know if Goons will escort someone who needs assistance to the front of a restroom line (queue) or not.

That's a GREAT idea, though to be honest I would think that the people in the queue would do that on their own. :)

IT does say in the pack that Goons will escort you to the head of any DEFCON line, I cant' see why the line to the loo should be any different.

              Greetings!

Although not well marked, the restrooms are on the maps and they are all open without keys and without the need to pay. In fact DEF CON is supplying sanitary supplies for attendees for free in all restrooms. I will speak to the team about dealing with the lines, but I can't see any reason not to ask a Goon to help you to the head of a bathroom line. If you find any problems have them call for me , as head of HDA on the radio.

Erk. That would be concerning, usually long queues end up in accidents.

                What's LGR?

Thanks, that's reassuring. I don't believe I'll be at this defcon, so I was looking for information for the future.

LOL, I thought that acronym would be obvious. Little Girls' Room. :)
