Encoding Issue

Howdy all,

New to the scene and thought I'd get started by looking at some old talks. As I was watching a few videos, it appears that the videos have some issues with being interlaced improperly? I tried using VLC and I've included a screenshot. Any help or advice?

Ah the issue is your GPU not being happy with VLC. In VLC setting disable hardware decoding and it should work.
