2023 Director of National Intelligence Annual Threat Assessment

Yesterday the U.S. Office of the Director of National Intelligence released its annual National Threat Assessment. This unclassified document (link here) presents a view from the entire U.S. Intelligence Community and covers everything from terrorism and State-sponsored malign activities to health security and developments in new technologies. The document is a bit long but you can use the table of contents to skip ahead to the sections that interest you.

I watched the SSCI and HPSCI hearings about the 2023 Annual Threat Assessment on C-SPAN. I know the IC has to tell the policymakers and politicians information they may not want to hear so it was interesting watching the debate between congress and the heads of the IC on what our priority national security threats were.
