    Diabetics (ADA Revised in 2008)

there will be some transportation between places or something that is cool enough to stay away from Las Vegas Heat? I cant be outside long if over 80 degrees.

It will certainly be over 80F outside, but if you stay at the Linq, you do not have to go outdoors for the main part of the conference.

If you go to any of the activities that happen at the Flamingo, it's maybe 1-2 minutes at most outside.

This is one of the best things about the new location -- There are three hotels that make up the entire convention. The Linq and Harrahs are attached and you can walk between them without any outside exposure. To get the the Flamingo you can take the monorail from the Caesars Forum one stop to the Flamingo stop, and it's a short walk from the station until you are indoors. Take a look at the HDA map pack from last year for more details. If there are any changes they will be in the map pack this year.
