Launched in 2014, Crypto & Privacy Village (CPV) is a community-run village centered on privacy and cryptography that aims to educate and inform the general public, students, educators, hackers, security and privacy professionals, and policymakers. Vista, Flamingo……. Is that at the defcon Caesar’s forum ?

Visit the DEF CON 31 website, click on the "hamburger" menu, choose "venue" then get to this page: https://defcon.org/html/defcon-31/dc-31-venue.html . On that page, locate the map for "Flamingo" (hotel/casino) and see a map. Look to the top-left of the Flamingo map. Notice how there is text in the image that indicates "Crypto & Privacy Village" while the room name is "Vista"? Follow this down this hallway, and to the right, where you see text that indicates "Corporate Convention Center" and "Third Floor"? This should help give you some indication of where this Village is planned to be for DEF CON 31 in Flamingo Hotel and Casino on the 3rd floor of their "Corporate Convention Center."

Next, look at https://defconmusic.org/def-con-31-resources/ which has a neat little map which shows you hotel/casino names with colors codes and named with labels. You should be able to see Flamingo vs Caesar's Forum as different locations.
