Is this for VISA to visit the DEF CON in the USA from another country?

That directs you on what information is required and an email address to send it.

You can then engage in a dialog to try to address any other information required in the application to visit DEF CON in the USA.

Information for purchases is not the same as information for international travel to the US with a VISA request, so is provided from a different address than VISA request letters of invitation..

It is not a VISA application. I have a visa.

In order for my employer to be able to buy the entrance ticket to defcon, and pay for the data of my trip and stay, it requires that we register the DEFCON company in our supplier registry (internal purchase process). I have tried to request the data to the emails shop@mail.defcon.organd info@defcon.org, but I have not received a response.

I need to know who from Defcon can answer me with these formal data in order to proceed with the purchase.

Those are the email addresses to use: shop@defcon.org and shop@mail.defcon.org both go to the same recipients. They handle sales related things from shop.defcon.org
I handle things like forums and other services. The people at those email addresses are authoritative for answers related to those sales.

If you send your email today, and do not get a reply by this Friday, reply here and I can check email services.

People that are on the time running the "Call For Papers" and "Review Board" which make decisions on which presentations to accept in the main DEF CON speaker tracks have been taking place for a while. I try very hard to publish each batch of presentations within 24 hours, which have been approved and when offered to presenter result in presenter accepting the offer.

The first batch of presentations in the main speaker room tracks are DEF CON for DEF CON 31 has been added to the forums:

This is the *first* batch. More batches are expected "soon" but I do not have any schedule for when.

Acceptances and rejections are going out now and should be complete in about a week. The first batch for the web site is being worked on now.

Eventually, the list of presentations will be placed into a schedule, and should be visible on https://info.defcon.org/ BUT THAT HAS CONTENT FROM LAST YEAR RIGHT NOW.
When you visit https://info.defcon.org/ make sure it is not referencing content from a previous year. When I visit it today (June 19, 2023) it still shows content from last year (DEF CON 30.)

The content included in https://forum.defcon.org/node/244770 on the forums is for only "main speaker tracks" and does not usually cover any presentations from villages or elsewhere.

I presently do not have any new batches of speaker presentations to publish on the forums, but I am expecting a new batch, "soon."
