The premiere password cracking contest "CrackMeIfYouCan" is back again.
Passwords so two-thousand and late. Remember, remember, the cracks of
November.

We're preparing hashes from easy to hard, so there'll be something for
you if you want to compete casually as a Street team, or go all out in
Pro.

Where we're going, we don't need roads. Purely a penchant for puzzles,
perhaps a plethora of processors.

I do not run this contest or any other content at DEF CON. The closest I could find was this:

CMIYC 2023 coming soon to DEF CON and an Internet near you! https://contest-2023.korelogic.com In the next couple weeks we'll open preregistration and release test hashes that are equal parts hint and misdirection.

That was June 5, 2023. "Next couple weeks" would imply 2 week, which is in the past.

You might get better results by sending an "@" message on twitter to their twitter account. If they do provide you with an answer, would you follow-up with what they report, so others can benefit?
