    Hi there,
I'm completely new to this but was curious if it's possible for my company to exhibit at Defcon? I would like to see what that takes and couldn't find any info on exhibiting on the site or if you even allow it.

At many past DEF CON, there has been a "Vendors" area, for vendors selling things to be picked-up, in person at DEF CON like T-Shirts, hardware, tools, etc.

For DEF CON 31, there was an experiment to separate from Vendors, those entities not selling stuff for immediate pick-up, like schools, or groups trying to recruit, into a "new" space called exhibits.

I do not work in Vendors department, or Exhibits department. Nothing I claim here should be considered authoritative.

I do not know the status of exhibits for DEF CON 32, and if it will happen again. Best guess? It probably will happen again for DEF CON 32.

Some time around December of 2023 and January 2024, you should start to see "Request for $thing" announced with windows to submit your thing to be included in the space you want it included.

Here is an example page from LAST DEF CON (DEF CON 31):
    https://defcon.org/html/defcon-31/dc-31-cfi.html

This was like a page showing various deadlines for each "Call for $thing" and when they were open. Something similar might be created for DEF CON 32.
On that page, you will notice that for last DEF CON, there is a link to "exhibitors" which gives you:
    https://defcon.org/html/defcon-31/dc-31-cfe.html

Those details were for LAST DEF CON, and provide no guarantee they will apply to DEF CON 32, assuming Exhibitors happens again.

You can also see a link to Vendors for LAST DEF CON:
    https://defcon.org/html/defcon-31/dc-31-vendor-app.html

Wait for the "Call for $thing" for DEF CON 32 to be announced, and then review Vendors and//or Exhibitors details for DEF CON 32 to see if what you would like to do is described in the requirements for each department. If they appear to be a good match, then follow the procedure for whichever seems the best fit.

Once these are open, direct your questions to the department of interest.

You should not assume the details for preferred vendors and preferred exhibitors from DEF CON 31 (last DEF CON) will be exactly the same for DEF CON 32: each department reviews how their policies and processes worked, or did not work, and may revise them at any time.

    Good luck!

I never have been on DEFCON and yes, you can take your computer and show presentations if the organization whats to. Beware that like any big event you can be hacked. You are on the den of them.

I have for at least been mentioned on DEFCON for discoveries published by me.
