Next week on January 17, NIST will be hosting a Virtual Workshop to, according to a release, bring together industry, academia, and government to discuss secure software development practices for AI models. This workshop follows the Executive Order that was released in October 2023 that covers the "Safe, Secure, and Trustworthy Development and Use of Artificial Intelligence."
The sign up period for the workshop is now closed, but a livestream of the event will be available on the NIST website, in addition to a recording that will be posted for later viewing.
