Defcon Group Name Change and Inquiry about Next Steps

    Dear DCGroups Team,

I hope this email finds you well. My name is Kashish Kanojia, and I am writing to request a change in the name of our Defcon Group. Currently registered as DCG91982 - Kaylan, Mumbai, India, we would like to update it to DCG91982 - Kalyan, Mumbai, India.

New Group Name: DCG91982 - Kalyan, Mumbai, India

I appreciate your assistance in making this adjustment to accurately reflect our group's identity. If there are any forms or procedures we need to follow to complete this process, please provide the necessary information, and we will promptly comply.

Additionally, I am excited to inform you that I have recently joined the group. I am eager to contribute and participate actively. Could you kindly guide me on the next steps and any specific tasks or activities that are currently underway or planned for the near future?

Thank you for your time and attention to these matters. We look forward to your guidance and support in making the necessary changes and getting involved in the Defcon community.

    Best regards,
    Kashish Kanojia

Thanks for posting to the DEF CON Forums. Though some DEF CON Group coordinators (those people that approve/deny requests for DCG) sometimes view the forums, the best place to request changes is through email to dcgroups at defcon . org and allow for ~7 days for reply.

You are welcome to keep posting, or follow-up here if email gets you no response.

    Good luck!

Ok. Give it maybe 1 week from now? Since it has been a week, I notified DCG Coordinators with a link to this thread.
