CISA issued a formal Request for Information in the Federal Register last month looking for expert feedback on a draft white paper titled "Shifting the Balance of Cybersecurity Risk: Principles and Approaches for Secure by Design Software.”
The Federal Register site has the draft paper and instructions on how to submit your comments in addition to find a bit more detail on the request and the topic. The deadline for written comments is February 20, 2024.
