All DCG Coordinators responsible for working with applications are sent copies of email messages you send to dcgroups@defcon.org
The application process is described here:

which includes intake form: https://forum.defcon.org/html/dc/defcongroups-v4.html

If you have followed the directions specified in https://forum.defcon.org/node/231250 and completed the https://forum.defcon.org/html/dc/defcongroups-v4.html and emailed it to where it is required, then your emailed request should be forwarded to the people that handle and approve DCG applications.

Asking me for more information about DCG processing is a waste of both of our time, because again, I am not part of the DCG coordinators.
