Any news on when CFP will open?

CFE says it was supposed to open yesterday, but it's still offline.

I am sure the DEF CON team is very busy because of the last minute venue changes. The CFP was originally going to open on 1st Feb, then changed to 15th Feb, and now changed to 20th Feb. It could be potentially changed again, it's likely they are just scrambling and very overwhelmed because of all the last minute changes.
