Hi!! I'm a drag queen who teaches social engineering. I'd love to set up a booth.
I'd like to get in touch with the Social Engineering Village.

There has historically been a village that includes topics of social engineering and sometimes contests and educational opportunities.
I don't think village information for DEF CON 32 has been published yet.
Space for villages is always limited and in contention.
The people that run the call for villages have historically worked to have diversity of village topics.
Next, according to:

which gets you to Call for Villages:

Announcing the DEFCON 32 Call For Villages!
DEF CON 31 was an awesome year, but we are ready to do it all again and make it even better!! We have already begun planning DEFCON 32 and will be announcing accepted content on the DEFCON Forums.
If you are interested in hosting a village at DEFCON, here are some requirements you should know up front:- The deadline to submit is February 1, 2024.
Review the villages that are available. Maybe there is a way for you to help one of the existing villages?
If you still want to run a village, maybe there is DEF CON 33. If so, watch for the "Call for Villages" for DEF CON 33, next year, 2025.
I do not run villages, contests, or events. I do not write authoritative answers for any department other than service like these forums.
Any information I provide is based in presently public information, nothing that is internal or private.
HTH, and good luck!
You could try using information from a village last year to find contact information and see if they are planning to return for DEF CON 32.
For a reference, here is a list of content (Contests, Villages, Events and more) from *last* years (2023): (many return year after year)

Here was information for a village with content related to social engineering: (also from last year: 2023)

A space on the forums was setup for a village:

The Social Engineering Community is formed by a group of individuals who have a passion to enable people of all ages and backgrounds interested in Social Engineering with a venue to learn, discuss, and practice this craft.

Perhaps you can use detail provided there to contact people that work in social engineering.
Good luck!
