OK folks, here is the latest :
In order of best to worst, here is how HDA suggests you get to the LVCC West Hall :
1. Talk to your hotel! They may have a courtesy shuttle to the convention center!
2. Local Taxi / Uber / Lyft
3. Monorail
-- IMPORTANT NOTE --
Do NOT use the "official" Monorail stop called the "Boingo" stop for the LVCC. The path from the Monorail station to the West Hall is incredibly dangerous - even for people who are not disabled! The sidewalk narrows to nearly nothing, is plagued by debris and obstacles , and in the best scenario you will have to walk across a staging / parking lot outside to get to the North Hall and use the skybridge. NOT recommended!
Instead take the Monorail to the Westgate station. The Westgate has a skybridge ( Maps to come soon ) that leads to the North Hall, and from there you can take the skybridge to the West hall. It is a long haul, but it is indoors and safe. The Venue as assured me that the path will be available , but there may be construction / issues that we will have to work around. I will keep you updated!
4. City bus - Route 108 has a stop across the street from the West Hall.
MORE TO TO COME!
