Here is my unofficial guide on administering your DCG on forum.defcon.com:
-The Sleestak rule over all of us.
-Join and subscribe to your group so that you get updates. <-That is the most important part.
-Post announcements from your group so that it's associated with your group (posts are Google searchable)
-Email dcgroups@defcon.org if you need to change your logo or bio.
-Be patient and infrequent with requests as the admins keep everything going for us.
-Consider using the group as more of a landing page to redirect members to your site, discord, social, etc.
-If you make it to DEF CON in the US, meet us for tea.
