Hi, is anyone else having bounceback issues with submitting CFP responses to talks@defcon.org?

I just sent a test message from a properly configured domain and properly configured mail server with support for modern ciphersuites, and DKIM/SPF/DMARC working for sent messages, and it was delivered to talks@defcon.org without problem, and the distributed to addresses which get copies of messages sent to talks@defcon.orgHi, is anyone else having bounceback issues with submitting CFP responses to talks@defcon.org?
Some problems I've seen:
1) Some mail server only support weaker/older ciphers, or have zero support for STARTTLS
2) Some domains are incorrectly configured: no PTR for rDNS of IP to name compared to HELO/EHLO claim and/or PTR in DNS
3) Some domains are broken with respect to DKIM, SPF, DMARC
4) Some people try to forge email from a domain that is not theirs
We regularly see messages from the major domains used by many people to send email.
You could try sending from another email account/domain, or you could work with your mail service provider to review mail logs to narrow down possible problems with their mail server relaying messages to the *@defcon.org domain.
