Hi! I am new to DEFCON and this year will be my first time. I have purchased a ticket, but when attempting to transfer it to the correct person (I used the cardholder's name in the purchase page and the ticket is for the wrong person), it says that there are errors and the ticket is not eligible for transfer because it was downloaded. I had downloaded it to check whether or not it had the correct name. Please help me figure this out.

Because purchases include PII (personally identifiable information) and we do not want any of that information on the forums, in public posts or DM, and forum has no access to purchase information, the best place to try to resolve online ticket purchases is through email to shop@defcon.org.Hi! In and email message to that email address (not on the forums) include 1 or 2 sentences, explain your *goal* : what do you want to have happen?
Then ask what can be done to achieve your goal.
If there are questions about why, those can be entertained in email after your goal statement if shop@defcon.org asks.
Don't volunteer more information than is provided.
Email shop@defcon.org from the same email address which was used to make the purchase/receive tickets.
