Pre-Reg Badge Refund

Hi, I did some searching and couldn't find anything so I figured I would create a topic. I bought my pre-reg badge back in February, and I no longer need it as I have a contest badge. Per the shop page "The fee to cancel a ticket until July 15th 2024 is $34.00.", however I cannot find *how* to cancel the ticket. There are no instructions on the page, on my order page, in the email, etc.

I'm aware I can sell the badge and transfer it, but I'd have to find someone and set that up, so to be honest I just want to eat the $34 and cancel. Can anyone tell me how to cancel the badge?

There should be a link on https://shop.defcon.org/ , bottom left corner, "Contact" which mentioned shop@defcon.org or shop@mail.defcon.org : that would be a good place to try. We on the forums do not have access to PII and order information from shop.defcon.org
