I will need to add a US point of contact (someone I know in the US or the organization I am visiting in the US) to complete my ESTA application to enter the US. I could not find the information I attached as a screenshot in this thread. Does anyone know how I can get it?

In most cases, DEF CON can send a signed letter of invite, usually within a few short business days once we have all the info. If you also require verification of housing, we can put you in touch with someone to help you get your hotel stay organized, let us know if you need that.

Some countries require different paperwork which can be provided by some hotels. If the FAQ item on VISA is insufficient for your application, try making a reservation with a hotel in Ls Vegas and see if they can provide what you require.
