A distinguished leader in the cybersecurity domain, Ali Tabish brings over 16 years of experience in providing strategic cybersecurity consulting across diverse regions, including Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, and Malaysia. As the Chapter Leader of DEFCON Karachi Chapter, he is at the forefront of driving innovative cyber defense strategies and fostering a resilient cybersecurity ecosystem. His deep expertise spans Red Teaming, advanced Network Security Architecture and Design assessments, ISO27001 ISMS readiness, SAP security evaluations, and comprehensive security audits across IT and OT environments.
Recognized for his strategic foresight, Ali Tabish excels in crafting cybersecurity frameworks, governance policies, and robust risk management methodologies. His multidisciplinary approach encompasses Threat Hunting, SOC Maturity Assessments, Vulnerability Management, API security, AI security, and tackling advanced persistent threats. He has consistently delivered impactful results, earning acknowledgments from leading global organizations such as Kaspersky, Oracle, Amazon, Adobe, and others for identifying critical vulnerabilities in their platforms.

ACM Cybersecurity is a registered student organization at FAST-NUCES (Karachi) where students get the chance to learn about cyber security and hone their skills under the supervision of seasoned mentors of the field. We will have a healthy mix of industry professionals and students (beginner and advanced), who will work with each other, and enable the students to gain hands-on technical experience that is needed in the real-world trenches of the cyber space.
