Presentation on media server asking for user info

I am interested in reviewing the BitUnlocker Leveraging Windows Recovery to Extract BitLocker Secrets presentation on the media server. The file appears to be locked by Microsoft Information Protection service that asks you enter your Microsoft account details to request access.

Does anyone have a clean copy of the PDF? Requiring us to enter our details seems to go against DEF CON policy of not handing out emails or PII to third parties.
