Dr. Sonia Saleem is a dynamic technology leader, entrepreneur, and policy advocate serving as Founder & CEO of Socio Engineering Technologies. She also contributes to Pakistan’s digital ecosystem as a Central Executive Committee Member of P@SHA and as Focal Person for the Prime Minister’s Youth Program (EdTech, Skills & Employability).
Her leadership journey reflects a deep commitment to technology-driven empowerment, youth development, and digital capacity building. As Former Senior Vice President of IWCCI, she has played a key role in advancing women’s leadership and entrepreneurship within Pakistan’s technology and business sectors.
Dr. Sonia represents the spirit of innovation with purpose — where technology is used to create opportunity, strengthen institutions, and empower the next generation of digital leaders.
