Question: How do I use this to meet red teamers in Canada?

This is not very easy to use and I can't find out how to use search so as not to have to see everything before getting to where I need to be.

The DEF CON Forums are not as active as they once were.

Suggestions to find Red Team members near you for games of CTF, consider checking to see if there are any DCG (DEF CON Group) meetings near you. Also, check for 2600 meetings near you. Look to see if there are any BSD or Linux User Group meetings near you. Things like these can attract people that might interested in competing in online CTF games.

Attending hacker of security conventions provide other opportunities, but these are generally concentrated in large metropolitan locations which can support thousands of visitors, If that is your interest, as your preferred search engine for "hacker conferences in canada"

If you interest is specific to DEF CON, there is a more active reddit for DEF CON, primarily Las Vegas (Nevada, USA) DEF CON: https://www.reddit.com/r/Defcon/

Research in 0-days so so monetized that those doing research in widely-used services, tools , programs, libraries, or OS, that those that have found profitable exploits toward 0-day to fuel APT prefer to sell them through markets, or through bug-bounty programs when available. Good luck in your search.
