closest regular grocery store to the AP

    Hey,

Would someone tell me how close a regular grocery store (like Safeway) is to the Alexis Park. I can't see paying the huge sums of $$$ that the AP charges for bottled water and snacks and what not.

So I will likely want to take a trip to the grocery store for three days worth of water, booze and munchies when we arrive Thursday.

    Thanks for the logistics!:)

.. and they care about us as well. We bought a buttload of Red Bull there and the clerk seem genuinely concerned that we were going to chug them all at once and go into convulsions.

The worst Subway sandwiches I have ever eaten in my life came from the Subway in the back of that store.

save yourself some time and just order online and have them deliver it to the AP.

                    I read something you wrote

                    Grifter,

I read something you authored (can't remember where it was though) where you spoke highly of the steak and shrimp at Mr Lucky's. If my memory serves me right you said it's an item not on the menu and costs $7.77

I may have to give that a try this year. Mr Lucky's is a resturant at the Hardrock right?

                    :)

iirc Mr. Lucky's 24/7 is in the hardrock casino...and they serve some excellent wings (great flavor but not nearly hot enough for most of us). Overall it's a good place, reasonable prices good grub, friendly service (even to those who are completely incoherent from booze).
