ok i just saw this on the G4 channel its the old tv game show.

starcade rules. I used to watch it constantly. That was the game show that introduced me to such exciting games as Sinistar and Congo Bongo. I used to wish I could get on there.

Apparently I lived a deprived childhood as I don't recall anything about this gameshow at all. <sigh>

I remember when the local 7-Eleven got a Congo Bongo machine a couple of days after it was shown on Starcade. Fucking thing had a wiring fault that'd deliver a mild electric shock through the rivets holding down the control panel overlay.

Heh.. when I was a kid, the local supermarket's Punch-Out would shock the piss out of you when you hit the knockout punch button. I never will forget watching the manager get the piss shocked out of him; the game was replaced after that..
