last I heard Wintamute wont be able to make it this year.... and as far as Nuc goes... he is being wishy washy about the whole thing.. I am gonna call him to night and get a definite answer and let you know

I made a German friend at Defcon 2 years ago. Marcus. He was not there last year.

i talked to some guy from germany last summer at defcon 10. He was pretty cool, except he kept giving me crap about "the guy you elected".

I think I replied "well, you germans can't really talk trash about electing an idiot, can you?". He just laughed and said "Point taken."

Nice guy though... good to talk to someone at defcon other than the script kiddies re-enacting their IRC feuds in real life.
