    VPN Software

Usually I'm pretty good with google, however not this time.

My ISP has banned VPN software. So pptp (poptop), freeswan and a few other vpn softwares are blocked on the network. I feel thats horse shit. Damn cogeco cable (ontario, canada)

Right now, I'm using vtun vtun.sourceforge.net for my Linux machines. It works great. But I'm not always in Linux.

So, what I need is VPN software thats not banned and will work in Win98 <--> Linux. Hopefully one that will use UDP. Without GRE or IPSec.

    What are my options?

    Cya you all at dc.
