What is your favorite Modem Scan(searching the phone system) and internet scan to find open/unsecure ports?

Btw, nmap rules, nessus is nice for vulnerability scanning, and ive never really been a big phreaker. Maybe a slight cell phreaker, but not pbx(see?).Virtutis gloria merces -
