          Chiptooth,

It depends on exactly you want to do. and how you are doing it.

you can also find settings by searching google.

          Do you ahve neurosync?

                no,
i am using a wave emulator/generator in cool edit pro,its an additional script that i found intersting,
                i will look into neurosync
heres my plan bro. i just finished an album eh
but im going to put an interlude in and try to make
the listener fall asleep while listening, because the second part
of the cd is sublminal and to take full affect i want the listsner to
                be sleeping thats all.
                thanks
