Some of these are redundant, just worded differently. Please add more questions too!
Possible Question Idea's:
What are DC-Groups?
Why do they meet?
What do they do?
How many DC-Groups are there?
Who runs them?
Why do we need DC-Groups when there is 2600?
Are they a national organization?
Do I need to be a hacker?
When do they meet?
Where do they meet?
Who should come/ What level are the talks on/ I just started getting into computers, should I attend?
What are the people who attend these meetings like?
Is there an entrance exam? (Only for dc949)
Is there a mailing list/website?
Does Illegal Activity happen at these meetings?
What takes place at these meetings
Possible questions for POC:
Do I need to have a website?
What does a POC Do?
How do I become an Offical POC?
What are my responsibilites as POC?
A bunch of ass-clowns run the DC-Group in my town, what do I do?
How do I advertise my Dc-Group?
Where is a good Place to meet ?
What topics should we discuss?
How do I deal with the media/Law Enforcement inquires/ coming to the meetings?
How do I deal with/co-exist with the 2600 groups in my area and not as a rivalry.
How do I deal with jerks who attend the meetings?

I think the organizers of the Local DC-Groups should really start working on it, and not put the whole burden on Russ.
I think everyone is waiting for the dcgroups mailing list to hit the fan so everyone can start intercommunicating effectively... though hizzle that certainly is a decent faq starter list :D
