A friend and I are starting a computer security club and were wondering what people here think would be good to do. Your help is appreciated.

I think in the grown-up world they aren't called "clubs" anymore :)
... check out the FAQ info:

I tried to join make too, but all I got was this:

        skroo@lamigra:~$ join make
        join: too few non-option arguments
Try `join --help' for more information.

What am I doing wrong, and how did you get it to work?

I'll have to double check, but I am pretty sure that is the damned funniest thing I have read to date.

I wanna join too, as long as I do not have to kiss a guy for the initiation ceremony.
