Currently the meeting will take place in october 17th, there is no reason for me to have a meeting in september due to the fact that toorcon is in september, and a lot of people will be attending the conference, the website is up for defcon san diego though, and i got business cards made, flyers will be done soon since i have plenty of time to get oerganized.
